3. Orders & Payments

All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Orders will only be processed once payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

AMBĒL Skin Co. is not responsible for declined payments, banking issues, or payment processing delays outside of our control.

4. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days wherever possible. Shipping timeframes may vary depending on location and Australia Post delivery times.

Once an order has been dispatched, AMBĒL Skin Co. is not responsible for delays, lost parcels or damages caused during transit. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you believe your order is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can assess the issue and work towards a resolution.

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Where a refund or replacement is approved, products may need to be returned to us via tracked or registered post.
