At AMBĒL, we take great care in crafting and packaging every product. If you believe your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Where a product is deemed faulty, we may offer:

or a refund where appropriate
To process a return, we may request that the item be returned via tracked or registered post. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using tracked postage, as AMBĒL cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit.
Please note that products purchased as part of a discounted bundle or promotional offer will have any refund adjusted proportionally to reflect the bundle pricing.
Once your return has been received and assessed, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
